📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Manage patient records and appointments using our in-house software, DentalPro.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Operate dental equipment such as X-ray machines, drills, and suction devices under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and supplies, ensuring they are clean and sterilized.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, following strict hygiene protocols.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and timely patient care.
• Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring high attendance rates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in a dental clinic setting.
• Certification as a Dental Assistant (SDA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using dental software such as DentalPro or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining strict hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with basic dental procedures and equipment is a plus.
