Port Coordinator

As a Port Coordinator at PT Pelabuhan Bangka Belitung, you will work closely with a team of professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of the port. You'll use tools like Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS), Cargo Management System (CMS), and Port Community System (PCS) to streamline processes and improve efficiency. With your experience and expertise, you'll help us maintain our reputation as a reliable and efficient port operator.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee vessel scheduling and berthing operations.
• Coordinate cargo handling and storage activities.
• Ensure compliance with port regulations and international standards.
• Manage port documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support during peak periods.
• Ensure safety and security measures are in place.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in port operations or a similar role.
• Certification in Port Operations or related field (e.g., AIPM, APM).
• Proficient in using VTMS, CMS, and PCS.
• Strong knowledge of port regulations and international standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
