In this role, you will work closely with our mining teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure that our operations are running at peak efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze mining data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve mining performance
• Work with mining teams to implement best practices and improve productivity
• Monitor mining operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for mining operations
• Provide regular reports and presentations to management on mining performance
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mining operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in mining software such as Vulcan, Datamine, or Surpac
• Experience with performance management systems and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
