📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the housing complex, including maintenance, security, and facilities management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Manage a team of property managers and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on the status of the property and any relevant issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential properties.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the Lampung region.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
