PT Bangka Belitung Digital Solutions is seeking a visionary Director of Employee Technology to lead our internal technology infrastructure in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap for internal systems and tools.
• Lead a team of technology professionals to ensure seamless integration and operation of our technology infrastructure.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and tools, including ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our technology infrastructure with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and optimize technology performance to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technology team members to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing technology projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Teams.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and relevant technology certifications are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, COBIT, and ITIL.
