📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
• Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting to inform merchandising decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising plans to optimize store layout and product placement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on merchandising performance and insights.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your merchandising skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of merchandising processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Familiarity with retail management systems (RMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Passion for retail and a desire to build a career in merchandising.
