In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Industry 4.0, and automation systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop technology roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies into our existing systems. With 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing technology, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, including IIoT, Industry 4.0, and automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps to drive continuous innovation in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems and workflows.
• Monitor and analyze data from manufacturing processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing technology, with a strong focus on IIoT, Industry 4.0, and automation systems.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software, such as SAP, MES, and PLM systems.
• Certifications in manufacturing technology, such as Certified Manufacturing Technology Professional (CMTP) or Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM), are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
