📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with auditors and other external parties to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and personal income tax.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
