Go Hub Jaya is looking for a Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you are passionate about training and development, and have a background in HR or a related field, we encourage you to apply.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of training software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
