📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and maintain the store's image and reputation.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
