📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product placement and sales growth.
  • Manage merchandising activities, including display planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and merchandising plans.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
