📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the auto service center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of mechanics and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.,Manage inventory levels and order new stock as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
