Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns across Shopee and TikTok, focusing on performance and ROI.
• Utilize Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to create and optimize ad creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to refine advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and performance improvement.
