📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance,Identify training needs and develop learning materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals,Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends,Provide feedback and coaching to employees,Maintain records of training activities and outcomes🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS),Experience with training evaluation and assessment,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English🛠️ Keahlian
