📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.,Process customer transactions accurately and promptly.,Lead and supervise the receptionist team, ensuring high standards of service.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on customer feedback and service metrics.,Train and develop the receptionist team to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good knowledge of office procedures and protocols.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in business or related fields are a plus.
