QUILL Indonesia is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can mentor and guide the QA team, implement best practices, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products are reliable and meet customer expectations.,Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities, including functional, regression, and performance testing.,Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our QA processes are efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on leading QA teams.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving QA processes.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.,Proficiency in testing tools and technologies, including but not limited to Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Certifications in quality assurance or related fields are a plus.
