In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that financial goals are met and that the company operates efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and growth of the business.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Work with the management team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
