📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify the identity of clients.
  • Reviewing and validating customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and profiles.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory audits.
  • Providing support to the compliance team in the implementation of KYC policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with KYC software and tools is a plus.
