📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.),Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in organizing social media campaigns and promotions,Create and manage social media ads and boosted posts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media,Proficient in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.),Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
