📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented neatly and attractively
- Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Follow and uphold company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
