📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of common areas and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and facilities equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of facility management policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with waste management and recycling programs.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with ease.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
