📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of delivery personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Report to management on daily operations, including sales, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, training, and other relevant topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the delivery or logistics industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
