📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to minimize losses and maximize sales.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the regional manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.
