📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitoring project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial targets.,Preparing and reviewing tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates.,Providing expert advice on cost control measures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.,Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any cost-related issues.,Maintaining accurate records of project costs and preparing regular financial reports.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in construction cost management.,Familiarity with construction contracts, including the NEC and FIDIC agreements.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
