📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to improve performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
