Duta Indra Spareparts is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our outlet in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in-store and online.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the outlet is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Liaise with suppliers to ensure that orders are placed and received in a timely manner.,Participate in regular meetings with the company's management team to discuss performance and plans for the future.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a retail outlet, including increasing sales and profitability.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and situations.,Knowledge of inventory control and sales forecasting.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
