Our Pangkalpinang site is a key player in the industry, and we are seeking a Mine Performance Advisor to help us achieve our operational goals. In this role, you will work closely with our mining teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure that our operations are running at peak efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze mining data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve mining performance
- Work with mining teams to implement best practices and improve productivity
- Monitor mining operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for mining operations
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management on mining performance
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mining operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in mining software such as Vulcan, Datamine, or Surpac
- Experience with performance management systems and tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
