📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance benchmarks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
