📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conducting and supervising laboratory tests, including quality control and quality assurance procedures.,Providing technical support and guidance to junior lab technicians.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Analyzing and interpreting test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Preparing and presenting test results and reports to clients and stakeholders.,Ensuring the safety and well-being of lab personnel and the environment.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in quality control and quality assurance.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, GMP, or GLP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.,Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
