Root Fresh Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming to customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers.,Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations.,Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales and profitability.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Experience with sales analysis and data interpretation.,Experience with staff training and development.,Experience with marketing and promotions.
