📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome kits and coordinating orientation programs.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Assist with the processing of employee benefits and payroll.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist with the organization of HR events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
