BRIO Jaya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team immediately. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This is a full-time position based in Depok, Jawa Barat. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
