📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling daily transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.,Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions by verifying receipts and records.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.,Assist in inventory management by ensuring proper stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
